iPhone, Mobile Me Contacts question

I recently turned on the contacts, calenders, bookmarks switch in my iPhone expecting everything that is on my mobileme account to sync with my iPhone. Nothing happened except for the contacts erasing themselves from my iphone. They're still present in mobileme but will not "push" into the contacts on my phone. Any suggestions?

iMac G5, Mac OS X (10.5.4)

I had something similar happen. I made some changes and they weren't showing up on the phone, but they did show up on the website.

Turn off your iPhone completely and then turn it back on, and your contacts should push as expected.

Yeah, i tried that but my contacts still won't show. Any other suggestions?

Try to tap back in contacts to groups and choose all contacts ... worked for me as there where no contacts showing when i first opend after setting up mobile me to push ... so choosing the group... all contacts are back.

i tried several solutions, including deleting the me.com account, adding a new contact, then re-entering the me.com info & synching it - but that didn't work either. finally realized that i still had a .mac account on the iphone, and once i removed that and entered the me.com details instead, it worked - though i had to wait about five minutes while the contacts & calendar figured out what was what.
