Visual Voicemail Currently Unavailable+No 3G+Cant browse via cell network!!

i'm Having some problems with my iPhone 3G.. i Am a canadian Owner with Rogers... At the menu Bar it says Rogers, but no 3G logo...??? Also I Can't browse the internet via the 3g network....?? AND On Visual Voicemail it says... Voicemail Is Currently Unavailable" though i can call my voicmail and change my password and greeting ( which i have done (Both)

Is this something with the phone or Rogers??? and under carrier there are to options... Rogers and Rogers (3G) i hit 3G and i get a check mark beside but no browsing... Under Preferences 3G is turned on so if anyone knows whats going on Plz Tell me! Also I Have Rrestored and Restored from DFU mode.... Any Suggestions....

iPhone 3G, Mac OS X (10.5.4)

Also When i Hit Safari and i Have 5 Bar reception it just says (Page Could Not Be Displayed)??? whihc means its not connected to an internet source...but Why??? Regular ireless works fine and syncing and everything..Just Those 3 things...I do think they are related..

are you able to browse internet and does it have a 3G icon at the top of your iphone..what carrier are you with..??

I Signed up for the 30$ For 6GB Of Data... But visual voicemail only works if you have data...im starting to think for some reason my data plan didnt go through properly 😟

i solved it...i look on the flipping bill we got from the rogers store it says
APPLE IPHONE 8GB BLACK (then my phone #)
3yr Upgrade (then my #)
Hardware Upgrade (my #)
iphone value pack 20$ (my #)
3YR DSP 6GB - MSF $30 (this is data) and on the right its my MOMS NUMBER....???? why the **** would they put my moms number on it like ***???? no clue im gunna phone em and ask if they are ********..... cuz im pretty sure they are!

I had to hit the voicemail icon and when doing so it dialed the voicemail number and I had to set up a default greeting. After that the visual voicemail appeared as normal.

The G3 service has been weak but through out the day it has gotten better.
