I want to put the wallpapers on my iPod touch, but I do not know how?

I search for more about the tutorials and also find some amazing wallpapers for the iPod touch on the site( http://www.pavtube.com/freeresources/free_ipod_touchwallpapers.html) and the poolga site( http://www.poolga.com); the later wallpapers are all created by artists or some amateur.
