Question

Playing Super Monkey Ball

I bought and are playing Super Monkey Ball. It's a great game, very beautiful design and nice music, but the controls... I really want to be able to play it all the way till the end, but I hope it's going to be possible. How are others doing by now? Is anyone able to play it in a enjoying way? Maybe someone has tips for game play?

I read somewhere that you cannot pause the game, but it's easy by sliding your finger vertically over the screen: immediately paused.

Super Monkey Ball takes a good deal of playing before you get used to the controls, then you can start to have fun. You pause the game by pressing where it shows the time remaining

Yes, I start getting used to it now and reached level 3 of the Hard level. It is more fun now. The most important thing is to find the correct way of holding the ipod at the beginning of the game, otherwise the ball goes crazy.

The annoying thing for me is it doesn't let you calibrate it.
So you cant play it lying down on your bed for example.
It has to be at that exact angle to keep it steady.
Maybe an update should be auto calibrate or at least give an option to calibrate!

Good game other wise 🙂

It take a long time to get used to the controls. There are 100 stages and 10 hidden stages.

I am on stage 100/100 and hidden stage 1/10.
