[iPhone app store] "Ready for Sale" but not in store...

My app has been approved and my contract is in effect, and the app is marked as "Ready for Sale" in my iTunes Connect account. Yet it's not in the store. Has anyone else had this experience? Was there something further you had to do to get it published in the store?

Thanks,
Eliza

Me, too. My app got the status "Ready for sale" on July, 29th at midnight (German time).
It still cannot be found in the app store, neither in the German app store, nor on the US one.

I talked to the support line today but they cannot really give more hints. They just can forward the problematic situation to the app store team (that cannot be reached by phone).

Falko

did you eventually get this sorted out?

i submitted my second app on friday; it was "ready for sale" on saturday night. i can link to it directly (using the special url) and it comes up in the app store - but i cannot search for my application. doesn't even show up under my account.. at the time of printing; the working url was:

http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=295302125&mt=8

but, if you search for "gw octopus" or "mobile 1UP" - it will not return this entry. i have contacted ADC support to see if they can assist with the problem.. maybe they dont update the index'es until someone does it manually on monday morning :P

I submitted my application on the 28th of Oct. It's status was changed on the 1st of November(Sat). It is still not displaying on the app store. My application was for the news category. The news category has not been updated since the 25th of Oct. The last application that sits there was uploaded on the 25th of Oct. The App Store Application on the IPhone displays an inaccurate number of applications in the News Category. It says there are 103 while if you count all of them they add up to 94. Where are the missing 9 applications. Are these the applications that have their status changed but are still in queue to show on the app store. I have a feeling that apple is blocking all the news application relevant to the presidential elections until after the election date. Why else would the news category not be updated since 25th of Oct. Its too hard to believe that no news applications are being submitted considering the fact that elections are around the corner.

This is ridicules... conspiracy?!?! ... Maybe is alien involvement... 🙂
My golf application has nothing to do with the election, or maybe has, somehow by playing golf I can influence voting... watching too much TV?

search for "golf scores" or "goce petrovski" actually does show your application. so, maybe it has finally propogated through apple's system. there are a lot of hits for the first one tho. so, your case is fixed.

i just tested mine; and it's still not updated. i have had sales tho; people visiting my website and clicking the buy link to order it directly - not as many sales as people finding it directly in their device tho.

Hi, i've got the same problem as well, although it's no new app, it's an update for a allready existing app.

It's in "read for sale" since last sunday 8:30 but it still show's the old version in the app-store. This is realy annoying because i fixed a serious bug my customers were waiting for to be fixed.
First i was realy glad about the fact that the review last just one day (from saturday to sunday) now i'm happy not a bit.
