New Computer -- and old iPod (photo)

My old computer crashed, and I had to replace it. However, my hope is that I can use my old iPod Photo (30gb) to save my previously transfered songs (including many purchased on iTunes) and photos onto my new computer.

My new computer already has iTunes 4.07.0.42 installed.

Any suggestions?
