Invalid Drive Error 1327 on Installation

Hi recently I have been having some trouble with one of my hard drives "H" where my itunes is installed. I uninstalled itunes then tried to reinstall onto drive c but I keep getting the error, hard drive H is an invalid drive error #1327. Can anyone help please!!!!
