iPhone: Where are backups stored? Can we get user data to reproduce bugs?

Anyone know where iTunes makes copies of the app directories when it does its backups?

We need a way to get a copy of their data so we can try to reproduce bugs they are reporting.

Even a full restore file might be useful, I can probably find a user to send me that if there is a process for me to restore their full ipod/iphone for testing purposes.

Answering my own question...

OS X:
~/Library/ApplicationSupport/mobilesync

Windows:
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

mdhelper to extract backups on OS X
http://blogs.oreilly.com/iphone/2008/05/iphone-backups-part-1.html

to get all the sql files from the itunes backups you'd do:
./mdhelper -C sql

iPhone: Where are backups stored? Can we get user data to reproduce bugs?
