iPhone cable with L-R out jack and separate mic' wire

I want a cable that has the 3-ring jack on one end, then on the other end, a standard stereo 3.5mm jack to plug into my aux jack on my car stereo, but then a dangling mic' splitting off so I can hang it on my dash and talk on the phone hands-free.

How about an adapter that allows for an external microphone. 3.5mm to 3.5mm stereo (headphones) and 3.5mm mono (microphone)?

I have been looking everywhere for this cable also. In the end I brought the iSoniTalk, but the cable is only 3 ft long, and I need a 3.5mm 3 ring male to female extension cable (around 4ft to 6ft long), and as simple as it sounds it doesn't seem to exist.
