Apps won't sync because I'm not authorized? But I am authorized!
I have a semi-complicated problem and would love some help from people who know more about this kind of stuff than me.
I recently bought an iPhone 3G and bought Aki Mahjong for it from the App Store. It had some glitches and per the advice of the game's software company, I removed Aki from my iPhone with the intention of syncing my iPhone back up with my computer and reinstalling the app from iTunes. I made sure to authorize my computer, both by double-clicking on the app itself and by going under Store>Authorize Computer. Both times it says the authorization goes through. Sound great, eh? Well, when I connect my iPhone and try to sync it, I get a message saying, "The application 'Aki Mahjong' was not installed on the iPhone 'Taya's iPhone' because you are not authorized for it on this computer." Anyone have any idea why this is going on?
Also, I've tried to report the problem to iTunes the conventional way, but this show doesn't up on the list of things I purchased (although my bank statement says otherwise. 😉 ). I plan on calling them up tomorrow, but I would much rather get help from all you nice people.
Thank you all so much!
