I can't find it in the apps list. I'm I missing it or is it not out yet?

Power Mac, Mac OS X (10.4.10)

its not out yet, however iphonevideorecorder.com has said that they have an app that is waiting for approval by apple

Don't think it's out yet. I haven't heard of an App for Video Recording...
