strange sticky liquid

I decided to take my iskin revo case off my phone and the back of the case was sticky and the back of my phone was covered in the sticky liquid to. Wat is this???

iMac Intel, Mac OS X (10.5.4)

It sounds pathetic but i laughed when i heard this...
Its obviously liquid running from the phone. whether its battery or screen. get it looked at by APPLE just incase

Obviously?? Or just liquid that got down there in past and you never noticed because case was on. Or (since I don't know the type of case, but if rubbery) the heat from the phone from use (can get quite hot from heavy usage) caused rubbery case (if that is the type) to melt a bit. Or condensation from sweat while in your pocket that got in and then dirt/lint that mixed making it nasty.

There are many possible reasons why.

the skin is silicon based, so is it possible that it has come in to contact with a substance that would effect it and make it melt? Like Mosquito Spray, body lotion, perfume etc?

Anything could have caused that reaction and if you have a think, you may be able to pinpoint it.

Either that, or you looked at the wrong kind of web sites. LOL
