Error -120

I've selected some free applications in application store, but when itunes tries to download the I receive this error. I thought it had something to do with authorizing this Pc to use itunes, but this PC is authorized, and I do not use any other pc with itunes.
I've removed the authorization and authorize again but the same error appears. "(error -120)"
The message says something about "folder not found"... and check my network connection...
My network is my Pc and my router only, nothing more. And there's nothing wrong with it..

Any clues ??

PS: I have an iphone 3g

I had the same issue and found that the problem was that there was a file called 'downloads' located in the 'Music\iTunes\iTunes Music' folder.

When trying to download, iTunes tries to create a folder in the iTunes Music folder called downloads but unfortunately fails due to this file existing.

If you delete the file, iTunes should then be able to download the tracks.

I hope this helps.
