connecting work email to iPhone???

Hey Guys,
Im wanting to connect my work email to my iPhone. Now its Microsoft Exchange and i know my domain and password of course, but the server bit that i have to enter. How do i know what it is? Is it something i make up or what?

Any help would be great! I contacted my work IT department and he kind of didn't know himself.
