How to reinstall Safari on iPhone?

I update my iPhone recently and afterwards I can't find Safari. It has disappeared. I reset the phone but still no Safari. How do I reinstall Safari on my iPhone?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.4)

Go to Settings > General > Restrictions and make sure the Safari option is set to "on"

Only by doning a Restore via iTunes. Cannot think of why it wouldn't be there.

Apple's way of restricting you from using the apps that are on your restriction list are to hide the icon completely.
