How to connect iPhone to a big screen for demo purposes ?

Hi,

At several keynotes Steve did several live demos directly from an iPhone to a big screen behind him.

Now I know that you can play movies and slideshows from your iPhone on your tv, but is it also possible to output the iPhone display directly to TV or beamer ?

I would like to use my iPhone for a business demo at the office. Any idea's ? Did Steve use special iPhone hardware ?

iPhone 8Gb (1st gen), Mac OS X (10.5.4)

If you find an answer, I am desperate for it as well, every one keeps talking about special cabels, this does not make a lot of sense to me, when I am in the Xcode, organizer, I can grab a shot no problems, why cant I do it live, I need to do a presentation in 2 days, and I cant build an app in 2 days. I need help, any one got Steves number hahahahah

Same here...need to do a demo of a web application tailored for the iPhone. I know how to create individual screen shots (hold down the home key and hit the sleep button), and I'm using that for the slide show. But I need to demonstrate the full functionality, and I don't want to try to cram 10 people around my iPhone!

For the moment, I planning on trying to use the iPhone Simulator provided with the SDK (which means I have to run the demo on my MacBook).
