Hello all my 3g works well but for one thing when run through my BT in car set up on my Ford Focus ST the call volume is low any ideas how to boost the volume without turning up the stereo?
Is there a problem with turning up the volume on the stereo? The volume for the bluetooth is separate from the volume of everything else so it's not as if you have to turn it down again when you finish talking. Or do you use more than one phone in your car?
(obviously this may be different in your car, i've only got the Ghia rather than the ST)
No problem with stereo volume, my old iPhone volume was fine, I de bonded the old iphone and bonded new 3g iphone but it has a very low volume compared to the old iphone, My ST is the Facelift 08 with the sony 6 disc and bluetooth factory fit
If I dial or use the phonebook via the sony head unit the sound is a bit louder, if i dial or use iPhone phonebook via the iPhone the volume is LOW! so problem kinda sorted
Try to raise the volume on your iPhone while on a call via your car bluetooth. Don't know if it will help, but the volume for bluetooth on the phone can only be adjusted while on a bluetooth call. If it was fine with your old iPhone, it's probably just that the new iPhone volume is still set at the factory default.
