Small Pictures

Hi
I've been trying to import some Jpeg's into I Photo and most of them seem to be thumb- nail size instead of the 'normal' size.... like when you import from a camera.

They were part of a bunch of audio/video files that disappeared and were recovered. I had dragged them from the recovered volume to the desktop and then directly into the library, but the help menu said not to do this.....only use the import function, so I did that and now I'm getting all these thumbs.

I can't figure out whats causing this. Can anyone help ?
