Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply
ask a new question.
I recently ordered a MacBook Pro and am going to connect it to my home network using AirPort. However, my base station requires the MAC address of my AirPort card in order to allow it to connect. How would I go about finding this address?
P.S. Connecting to the network using the Gigabit port won't work - the network would need the MAC address of that also.
MacBook Pro,
Mac OS X (10.5),
Not sure which version of Leopard it has yet...still waiting for it to come
Thanks for the tip. I'm not going to give out any points until the computer actually comes, but if you're correct on this, that's going to be one "Solved" label for you.
