Security Update 2008-004 broke mail services.

Hello,

I manage a G4 Xserve mail server which is currently running OS X Server 10.4.11. A while back, I followed Alex's instructions to upgrade the version of ClamAV to 0.88.5. Recently, I attempted to install a security update from Apple, but it broke all mail services, apparently due to ClamAV. I restored from a backup, and all is hunky-dorey with minimal downtime. I was wondering if there were more details about just what was updated in Security Update 2008-004, what could cause this, and most importantly, how can I work around it? I am guessing that if I either manually update to ClamAV 0.92.1 either before or after the upgrade, it should help resolve the issue, but I want to be sure before I try. Sorry I don't have any logs to show you, as I was simply trying to get the mail server restored when it happened.

I have been having the mail queue backup problem that has been noted from past Security updates but it didn't hit our server until after installing Security Update 2008-008. It appears to be the due to the ClamAV update that I have read about in previous posts going back to 2008-002 I don't have a backup of the configuration to restore from (I know, I know...). My question (to Pterobyte actually) is will using the tutorial on "Updating ClamAV on OSX 10.4.7-10.4.11" fix the problem?
