URGENT! How do I set up a cogeco email account?

I have a Cogeco email account, _____@cogeco.net. I need to know how I can set up this account to receive email on the iPhone. If you have any information that would greatly appreciated. Also what would I use for the incoming and outgoing servers?

Incoming: pop.cogeco.ca
Outgoing: smtp.cogeco.ca

Since the email is cogeco.net would the server be pop.cogeco.net, or still .ca?
