Using one iPod on two different computers and two different iTunes library

My sister wants to buy songs off of my computer because she doesn't have an account on her iTunes, but when we plug her iPod in it says "This iPod is synced with another iTunes library would you like to erase the iPod and sync it with this library?" Or something like that. Is there a way to do that?

You would have to switch her iPod to manual updating mode to use it with multiple libraries...
