"Does not seem to be a valid podcast URL"

I have had my podcast working beautifully with iTunes for several months, but for a week, I have been getting the following error with my podcast: "Rip Books Radio" does not seem to be a valid podcast URL. Please check that you have entered the correct URL and try again."

First, I have no idea HOW to check that I have entered the correct URL. I tried to resubmit it to iTunes, and it tells me that it appears that I have already submitted that URL, which by the way is the correct URL.

Is there something in the code of the URL that has changed?

ITunes is not using that site, but that site is one of a few that will test-validate an RSS file submitted to them. That said, there is no guarantee that the errors spotted by feedvalidator are the same error(s) that iTunes now finds in your file.

I do recommend making sure you have an author tag in your feed with a valid e-mail address. iTunes started contacting these addresses recently on podcasts with errors. If you have a valid address present already, check your spam catcher for any messages from Apple.
