N73- Mac Bluetooth problem

i cannot proceed to step 8. i did everything till step 7. mac keeps on saying 'getting additional information' but nothing happens. mac has been authorised for automatic connections in the n73

i read in another thread that the pairing is to be made from the phone and not from the mac. so i did it. both sides said pairing successful. now with bluetooth and discovery on at both sides i tried exchange files either ways but failed.

i dont know what to do.

my mac and well as nokia firmwares have the latest updates.
