No Ringtone Option in iTunes 7.7 for Windows

Maybe I'm being stupid, but i do not seem to be able to to access ringtones on my itunes 7.7 windows install. I have checked with some help files etc and found that you need to select the ringtone option in
View>View Options in the music library. I do not have that option. Am i missing something?

Also i do not have a View Options available in the iTunes Store.

What am i doing wrong?

I have to say that this had crossed my mind as well, given that we don't (or at least didn't) get the chance to buy TV shows and video when that started to be available in the US. There was a link on the help page i looked at, (though cant remember where now), that linked to a "UK specific" ringtone creation help, but this also talked about enabling ringtone view on view options.

Maybe the functionality is not up to date with the instructions!

Now that would be a first 🙂
