Do you mean the track still has CC after you remove the .scc file path from the Track Inspector and you rebuild? I saw that once. It may have been that it tried to add the info in a corrected .scc file to an existing track. Hanged if I can remember now, but I would think removing the .m2v from the track and then adding it back would work. You need to force the muxer that the file has changed somehow. IIRC, just removing the .scc file path from the track Inspector did not work, but that could be an incorrect recollection. If I remember the exact step I'll come back. Rest assured it CAN be done, though.
Is it impossible to get the .scc file out of the Track once it is there? I cannot delete the movie because the .scc is attached to it. Any ideas?

Thanks for responding... I cannot delete the m2v files because they are "in use" and that I assume is because they are connected to the .scc files I uploaded. I really appreciate your help.
For some reason when I rebooted I was able to delete the media from the timeline and then delete the files. I now have 4 tracks, each with it's own .scc caption file and when I burn it out, only one caption file plays and it plays on all 4 tracks. I'm seriously ready to find another way to author a DVD!
