behind the neck headset with mic

I would never normally ask a question like this in a message board but I'm getting desperate and frustrated with my search.

Has anyone seen a headset w/ mic that is the behind the neck style. If you don't know what im talking about here is a picture of a normal set of headphones: http://www.headphoneworld.com/p/images/big/PH_SBCHJ055.jpg

The closest thing I found was a stereo BT headset, but without the annoying adapter it's useless for music.

Shure makes a nice series of "earphones" that might do what you want. They're actually more like high-end earbuds, but these are specially shaped so the wires can be looped up, over your ears and down your back. There's also a little slide-ring on the cable to help keep the cable taut against the back of your head.
