Can you undelete a text message?

Is there a way to undelete a text message? In Windows Mobile, the messaging application had a "Deleted Items" folder for both text messages and e-mails. Since the iPhone mail app does this as well, I thought text messages would be handled the same way, but I can't seem to find it. Thanks in advance for any help!

You cannot undelete a text message once it's sent.

I think he wants to just remove that text message from the history. Once again, it's not possible, you can only delete the entire conversation.

Sorry for not being clear; I meant, is there a way to undelete a text message after it has been deleted? i.e., I receive a message, I delete it, but then realize later I want to reference it. Thanks!

Sorry, I miss read, but once again, no way to undelete either.

According to that post, when you delete it, its just a soft delete, meaning the text message is still there, but you would need special software to recover it.
