OpenMG Jukebox to iTunes

I have a SONY VAIO laptop and when I purchased the laptop it came with OpenMG Jukebox, Sony music software. I burnt most of my CDs with this software (.omg file extension), and now I would like to transfer the files to iTunes. Is it possible to do so or do I have to burn ALL of my CDs again? It would be a pain to do so
