Network Printer

Hi Folks!

I just got my new iMac today and man this thing is nice! I have everything working except one item.

I have a Canon ip4500 photo printer that is attached to my server (Windows XP PC). I installed the driver on the Mac, found it on the network and added it. I can select it from the list to print to and send a file to the printer...then nothing happens. I can see it in the print que and after a few minutes I get this:

Error Number : 311 Printer is in use or an error has occurred. If an error has occurred, eliminate the cause of the error.

Well, it's not in use and as for the rest...oh really? Well I don't know what the error might be...any suggestions as to what to try?

Thanks in advance!

+"... I can't find the Printer Setup Utility menu or the "Reset Print System" button..."+

Apple, in their "wisdom" has seen fit to make this as hard to find as possible in 10.5. You have to open System Preferences and click the "Print and Fax" icon. Then "right click" with the cursor in the white area on the left side of the prefs pane where the printers are listed. The "Reset Printing System" option will magically appear. Please do not ask me why they did this. I have no idea.
