I was experiencing issues with my iphone acting like it was frozen in standby. After multiple attempts at rebooting it, I was finally able to get it back up and running. In my panic I made a reservation at the Genius bar. Can I cancel this online somehow? I have not figured out how to do it other than call on the phone. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Don't worry about having to cancel. They will just move on to the next customer when you don't answer. No big deal.

If you want to cancel, you can go to the same page you use to make a new reservation, and down in the bottom left corner is a Change/Cancel Reservation button.

What if I made an appt. at 3, and then later figured out I could make one at 3:20....... How do I cancel the first one?

There is no such button - I checked.
After you click on the link provided above, you select the Apple Store that you reserved with. When it ask you if you are Guest or Member, on the bottom left corner is a button to view or edit reservation.
After you pick the store location, there is a "view/edit my reservation" choice.
Thanks all! The button DOES exist and works fine. Better to cancel, I think, and let some other desperate soul have a chance to get things working again.
If you've ever been there, you would know this is not necessary. There are always people waiting in line. You can often get in without an appointment by just showing up, talk to the floor greeter, and get on the list.
They call your name, if you don't answer they move on to the next one.
