error 502: I cannot connect with ITunes Store

Dear Friends,
my pc is part of a company lan with firewall ISA 2004, Small Business server by Microsoft.
When I downloaded Itunes a year ago, everything worked perfectly and I downloaded files normally.

Since some months, opening the iTunes with the aim to go to the Store, I have been finding out a warning message "error 502: I cannot connect with Itunes Store, please controll your lan connection and try again."

The same happens if I click a link from the newsletter that brings to music store. Hereby the message:

Technical Information (for support personnel)
Error Code: 502 Proxy Error. Non implemented (-2147467263)
Ip address: ....................
Date: 06/08/2008 6.30.46
Server: sbsad.pippo.lan
Source: web filter

We tried some changes on the firewall specification, but they didn't work.

Is there anyone who can help me?

thanks in advance!

Paolo

Hello, perhaps this may help: http://blogs.isaserver.org/shinder/2006/03/05/explanation-on-the-502-error-to-de lta-and-sun-sites/ the comments have some specific references to iTunes.

The issue is that it's almost certainly a problem with your firewall/proxy and not iTunes so you might be hard-pressed to find help here as suggesting help for private LAN infrastructure is not the same as suggesting help for iTunes. Usually I'd suggest turning the proxy off and work your way backwards to find out where the problem is but I guess this isn't possible.
Anyway, have a look at the link and see if it helps.
