I can not figure out how to get my AX to work. I have tried everything I can think of (and read) but no luck. When I try to fix it in Airport utility the AX doesn't show up, just my Time Capsule. I have tried plugging it into my computer with no luck and into the Time Capsule with no luck. Please help, all I want to do is hook it up to my stereo. Thanks

Have you done a hard reset on the AX?
After doing a hard reset, have you tried connecting it directly via Ethernet to your computer to configure it?
BTW, I'm flattered that you would address a question directly to me. However there are many knowledgeable people who visit and post in these discussion groups every day. By singling me out, you could be missing out on the experience and expertise of those people. I hope that any or all of them will still post to this thread if they have suggestions/recommendations.

I have tried all suggestions. It still doesn't show up in Utility.
Perhaps it isn't working then.
