Apple-ID without creditcard

Why can I sometimes create an Apple-ID WITHOUT credit card and other
times not?
I have created an account without a credit card.
The problem is that it is in the American Itunes store and I am from
Denmark and would like to download free apps in the Danish itunes store for my Iphone.
When I try and change the country in Itunes to Denmark then it will
have a credit card.
I am from Denmark and does not have a Visa, Master, Discover, PayPal
or American Express cards.
On the Apple website I can change my Apple-ID account with the details of my
Danish credit card (Dankort).
But when I start Itunes it informs me that my information has changed
and will NOT accept a Danish credit cards.
Can it really be true that Apple does not allow the Danes to create an
account without a credit card when they just want to download free
apps to their new iphone?
Either can all create Apple-ID without credit cards or no one can User uploaded file
If we can use a danish creditcard on Apple's website we should be able to use it
in Itunes also.
Not all Dane has Visa, Master, Discover, PayPal or American Express
cards.

Either remove the possibility of creating Apple-ID's without a credit
card or close the option to create without a credit card for all.
If Apple close for the opportunity without credit cards then give the
Danes the opportunity for use their Danish credit cards.
Apple must be interested in selling movies and music on Itunes to the
Danes also, or what???

You can only purchase from the US Store if you can provide a credit card billing address in the USA.

You probably need to create a new account for your Danish address.

In some European countries, Apple works with "Click & Buy", a system which direct debits your bank account. Is this also offered in Denmark? It's a clickable button/icon below the credit card icons. Setting it up is very easy.

I suggest you search the iTunes discussion forums. The question gets asked here a lot, particularly by folks who want to purchase from the US store because an item is not available where they live.

There is no way I can know that, which is the reason why I asked if Click & Buy is available in your country.

You are mistaken. I use Click & Buy myself. Without a credit card.
