Using two midi controllers with Logic....
Hi,
if i wanted to play two midi controllers (e.g. a Roland A90 set to midi channel 1, and a Novation SL61 set to Midi channel 2), to play two soft synths within logic at the same time, can I do this?
I've been reading this topic also: http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1596520&tstart=0
My midi mapping inspector won't give me acces to change the midi channel when selecting a software/midi instrument channel - it just says 'midi-thru', yet in the manual it shows an illustration with midi channel displayed...
any help gratefully appreciated.
I know i can play the above two controllers in main stage at the same time, but i also want to record the sounds i make at the same time?
