Deck control with Sony HVR-M35U in FCP with Multibridge Eclipse

Maybe I a missing something but I hope someone has the same set up.

I have the VTR connected via HD/SDI to the Multibridge Eclipse and the VTR connected to the Mac via firewire. I didn't want to use my camera as a VTR and this setup (replace VTR with Camera) works fine with log and capture.

With the VTR I can't get deck control. If I press play on the deck I can use capture now as I see the video in the window but I can't figure out how to get deck control via Firewire and video through the HD/SDI
