Transfering Playlists

When I transfer via wireless from my iMac 800 to my iBook G4 a playlist that consist of tracks from several CD's the order changes in the new iTunes and I cannot drag and drop them in the original order I had them in. The little triangles at the top of each column in iTunes don't not help either. They just freeze up.
