Ipod Product replcement Request

Has anyone had a good experience with Battery replacement ? I sent my Ipod in and my repair has been pending since June 20. That is 6 weekd ago! Does that mean that I will not get it back? Anyone else have the same kind of service?

Powermac G5 1.6, Mac OS X (10.4.3)

Ipod was shipped with a tracking number. It was apparently received according to the apple website unless I am reading it incorrectly.

Step 2 - Service
Issue identified (20-Jun-2008)


Step 3 - Return
Product replacement pending (20-Jun-2008) product replacement site.

I don't know who to contact though as there is no direct link.

It seems like a long wait.............
