Automatic PPPoE connect?

How can I make Leopard automatically connect to Internet via PPPoE after logging in?

I don't want to open Internet Connect and connect manually each time.

iBook G4@1.33, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Hi,
Open Network Preferences,
Click your PPPoE interface (from the list of interfaces on the left side),
{basic PPPoE info shows on the right side}
In the bottom right corner, click the "Advanced..." button,
Click the PPP tab.
The very first checkbox says "Connect automatically when needed" check it.
That should do it.
Hope this helps.

A better setup would be to use a router connected to your modem. The router would maintain the pppoe connection providing what broadband should be, an always on connection. The router would also be a firewall giving you better security.

What is the make and model of your modem it may well already have an integrated PPPoE client.
