iTunes and ISO files

A buddy sent me an ISO file full of music(I didn't feel like ripping all my Beatles CDs one at a time and he'd already done the work), and I don't know how to import this into iTunes. I'm running Windows XP, and I don't know what I'd use to just get the mp3s out of the ISO; when I double-click it, it pulls up a disc copier program, but I don't want to copy it to a disc(it's 3.2 gigs, so I can't really copy it to a disc anyway). If any of you have any advice, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!

Sony Vaio(waiting to have enough for a Macbook!), Not nearly as nice as the Macs I've used!

Not really an iTunes issue, but take a look here:
