Search contacts by company name

I know there is a software called ABGroups can allow user to seperate their contacts into different groups. But can this software allows me to search contacts by company name instead of first and last names?
My PDA allow me to do this while my iphone and itouch don't , which I think is a big flaw for iphone/itouch products. Can any software developers develop this search function? I think many people who are use PDA for business need that kind of function.
