How do I keep iTunes Library in Sync across Boot Camp?

I am running Windows XP on my Mac through Boot Camp. I have MacDrive installed in Windows so I can access and edit files on the OS X partition. My iTunes library is located on the OS X side of my computer. I would like to be able to keep both iTunes libraries (XP & OS X) in sync with one another. Is this possible? If so, what do I have to do to keep them in sync?
