how long is the pigtail cable on the iSight? as long as you stay within the firewire cable spec for cable lengths, there would be no problem

Thanks for the links. According to one of them,the maximum length is 4.5meter cable.
I want to use a 33-inch extender with the SightFlex.

I do not use SightFlex, and I can no longer find it for sale on the web, so I cannot verify its "specifications." However, according to the third paragraph of this link, SightFlex's cable is 20 inches long.
