Venting - Sync With Outlook 2007

I know this has been posted before but I have to vent. I had the first Iphone and never had a problem with sync using Outlook 2007. Now with every sync I get the ClientSync error and have to stop the service in Task Manager. I just applied the new Iphone software and when it synced it trashed my calendar for the next year. Even before this I had to go through the phone and manually fix everything that it duplicated or changed but it did not change the Outlook 2007 calendar. For those my experienced then me. In the Itunes setting should I have the advanced setting checked Calendar Replace Information on this phone. Also what are all different calendars that are created after syncing. Sorry for the rant but this just caused me a couple of hours worth of work.
