Email complaint to Apple & iPhone?

Contact your service provider - this isn't an Apple issue.

I asked about this in my Apple store and was told there is no way to complain to Apple then they helpfully suggested I send an email to feedback@apple.com (which never replies, if they even read them).

I sent an email to their European HQ but never got a response.

Clearly Apple really cares about their customers.

Read the original post. His complaint is clearly with his billing through his service provider. Apple has no control over this. Sheesh.

It's not up to Apple what the cellular provider charges for the tariff. You will need to contact the cellular provider and straighten it out with them.

It does not matter where it was set up, it can only be rectified by your provider. Apple can not change your plan, you will have to contact your provider.

Seriously, hows this apples fault?

Call 02 on 402 and ask for them to help you out, you will get a refund on your charges without any troubles (ask me how i know!)

Apple merely facilitates the transaction between you and the carrier as part of the iPhone purchase process. When you sign on the handheld POS unit at the Apple Store, that unit is communicating with the carrier's servers.

Since your cellular bill is coming from O2, not Apple, you need to contact O2, not Apple, to correct it.

C'mon guys, this is like saying that because I bought my iPhone in an AT&T store, the AT&T store is responsible for the warranty. This is clearly a provider issue - Apple only partners with AT&T for service, they aren't responsible for it.

It's not an Apple issue. Apple does not provide the cell service. You need to contact the cell company.

so if u bought the iPhone and its plan from a "Stand" in a showroom for advertising purpose somewhere, u'll want to follow the "Stand" to fix ur problem??
Apple = iPhone as a Device not a SIM-Card nor a plan
issues about your Bill = ur carrier wherever you bought the device from!!!

check with your carrier, Apple has nothing to do with this
and it is called "Feedback" so that's mean u r sending ur opinion and you will never get anything back
and there is NO way to contact Apple via E-mail for complaining, this is a bit annoying because for example we do not have an Apple store here and when you post your problems on here, members ask, most of the time you get help but sometimes you need the company's help itself!!

I basically had a 16Gb iphone and was set up on a NON iphone tariff! so that all the edge/web surfing (which the iphone is designed for!) was charged on my bill and not under one of the iphone tariffs that i thought the clown at the Apple store was doing!!

So if anyone has an email so i could send to Apple ?

This isn't an Apple problem because it's how your Wireless carrier does business.

To make complains to Apple, you need to goto http://bugreport.apple.com for complaints about software/hardware

If you have ideas on how to make the iPhone better then it goes to http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html
