iTunes Store not updating new episodes but feed validates (Store Only)

The iTunes Store does not show our new podcast episodes but the feed validates!

you can see the last update was 8/2/08 However if you subscribe to the feed iTunes gets the new episodes with out a problem. It seems like iTunes Store web service can't parse our feed but the iTunes client app can. I wish iTunes would email the owner of the feed if it has some problem with the feed.

The feed validates I am a bit stumped by the problem.

We have pinged the iTunes Store several times and It has been over 2 weeks with out updating the episodes. We have another podcast that does not have this problem at all. So I think that there is some thing wrong.

Who do I contact to resolve this issue?

The itunes store is now up to date. I didn't do anything.
It just works now. I am assuming that it was a glitch on there end.

I did wonder whether it was that, as a couple of other people have had more or less the same problem. Usually it takes about 24 to 48 hours to update, but I think the iTunes Store is becoming a victim of its own popularity where podcasts are concerned,

I to am having exactly the same problem. My 2 latest episodes are not updating in the iTunes Store, but I am still able to donwload them from iTunes on my computer.

I use MyPodcast.com to host my podcast and have validated my rss feed using Feed Validator and it all came back good. I've also treid pinging my rss to iTunes a few times, the ping coming back successfull, but still no update in the iTunes Store. I thought it may have had something to do with the feed also being in Feedburner, so I deleted that one, and still no update in iTunes.

I'm starting to pull my hair out.

Anyone got any ideas, it's been 2 weeks since my last episode updated.
