Safari Wont Load Any pages

You are not alone! I even unplugged my router and went direct from modem to one pc.

Other things you can try: Safari might need to be reset. Edit -> Reset Safari.

Also click Develop -> Show Error Console.

If Develop menu is not shown, turn it on from Advanced tab (go to Edit -> Preferences for this tab)

Try to empty your cache. Also enable this: Go to View: Show status bar

Do you get a blank Untitled page? I dont. I get the top menu bar and that's all.

Go to macosxhints.com and and sign on to use their forums for an answer. Be sure to mention that you are using Safari for Windows. Those guys are excellent and they respond quickly.

What seems forever since 10.5, after a couple of click throughs Safari stops following links. Eventually I get a 'page not found' message. I went to the macosxhints.com page as described, deleted the Safari preferences file but still have the same results. I have done all of the other usual things, reinstall, etc, but to no avail. Any additional suggestions?

Additionally, my work around is as follows: If a page won't load, I copy the URL, quit Safari, reopen Safari, paste the URL, and it goes right to it.

The second work around is: I use Firefox.

In my case, I wasn't getting a window to put an URL in. In other words, ZIP.

This is the best place to get help for Safari for Windows.
