Recent Calls (red and black)

The one in red are the ones you missed a call. the black ones are the ones that you either called someone or you answered a phone.

On the Phone icon and when you tap on the Recents, on the top it says "All" and "Missed" so if you tap on "Missed" you will notice that all of the Missed calls are in Red. so that should easily explain that Red means that you have a missed calls. As for the Black colored ones it should be self explainatory since if you call someone it will be in Black and if someone calls you and you answer it, it will be in black as well.

One other note of interest is that although you know the red ones are incoming calls because they are calls you missed, the black ones you cannot tell if they were incoming or outgoing.
