How to copy email w/attachments to CD/DVD?

We have a client who insists on a copy of all of our correspondence. I place all of his emails with their attachments in a mail folder and figured I could open Toast and drag them in as data. Toast won't allow that for some reason.

I tried copying each individual message but again, Toast won't allow it. Is there a way to do it?

Ok, I tried opening one email message and dragging it to the burn folder and it moved. This is a poor way to accomplish the goal. Tell me this, can you select all the emails in a folder and move them into the burn folder? Can you select the folder itself and movie it into the burn folder?

If I have to call up a couple of thousands email messages one at a time and drag each one individually into the burn folder I'm going to think Apple has failed their customers. After all, Yahoo, Google, Hotmail all allow the downloading of email folders for archiving purposes.

Try it and let me know if it is just me or if Apple has Mail set up for individual copy but not batch copy. Thanks.

no, I can't do it if I select more than one e-mail or a whole folder of e-mails. I agree with you - this is unacceptable when you have to burn a lot of e-mails. i would recommend doing the following. select a folder of e-mails you want to burn and archive it using Mailbox menu->archive mailbox. you can then burn the resulting archive.
