Iphone Cant connect to voicemail, email, or Safari

All of a sudden when i try to view my voicemail, i get an error that iphone cant connect to cellular network. I make and receive calls, but the voicemail cant connect. Also cant access emails, even when i am connected to my home wi-fi network.
